Our kennels: An ideal location Willowslea Kennels is conveniently situated between Heathrow Airport and the M25 / M4 motorways and the location is perfect for pets arriving into the UK. This ideal position enables us to collect animals immediately following customs clearance and arrive back to unload within minutes. The major airlines at Heathrow use Willowlsea Kennels on a daily basis for animal orientated problems that may arise (from an illegal entry to a replacement air kennel) as they have first hand experience of our expertise. Our kennel and cattery staff are on hand to receive each arrival and make sure that their stay is comfortable from the start! Most pets soon settle down with their own dedicated "kennel maid", who gives each one her personal attention. Careful monitoring of each dog/cat provides a reassuring diagnosis on pets well-being to owners when they call or visit. |

All animals are inspected by our veterinary
surgeon within 24 hours of arrival and the kennel staff may report
to him any worries they may have during his daily visits. Many of
our kennel maids have been with us for over 10 years and have therefore
gained a wealth of experience in dealing with
"homesick" dogs and cats. |

Some owners have pre conceived ideas about
quarantine and are surprised by the love and
care that their pets receive whilst in our kennels. After
receiving a well balanced diet and daily exercise
in individual runs they soon become used to their surroundings and
appear fit, healthy and happy! |

| To facilitate your visit, a courtesy bus service operates to & from Heathrow's Passenger Terminal 4 (last stop on Piccadilly Line underground train) - on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
