15-Dec-2011 "My husband and I recently moved our cats (as well as our home and ourselves) from the UK to the US. It was an incredibly stressful and traumatic process, despite the fact we have done such international moves numerous times in the past.
One aspect of the move that was very smooth was our cats' travel. We want to thank you and your team for your assistance moving our cats from the UK to the US. Sarah, was extremely responsive and very flexible as our plans changed. She was always willing to answer my many questions and did so swiftly, which was much appreciated. While Sarah was away, one of her colleagues also helped us, booking our cats on to a flight so we could go ahead and book ourselves as well, she was also extremely helpful. We would just like to commend you on the excellent service you provide and the caring, responsive and professional team you have working for you. Having the cats travel internationally is very traumatic for us as well as them, and yet, I always felt confident that Airpets had everything under control, which allayed my concern as much as possible.
