15-Dec-2011 "I just wanted to send you a belated thank you for looking after Pete so well!
I was so relieved when I picked him up from the airport in Cape Town and found him (admittedly a little shacken but) reasonably calm and well. There was also absolutley no problems and I got him straight away after 10 min of filling in and signing some papers.
I also wanted to say a hughe thank you to the lady who picked him up from our house in Kingston. (Sorry I dont remember her name). She was really brilliant! Her friendly and caring nature and taking just that little bit of more time to get Pete slowly and safely into the cage and having a bit of a chat just made the difference. It really helped me (and Pete :) to calm down and make the seperation that much easier.
Obviously also a big Thanks to you for being so helpful during the whole process.
Pete is slowly getting used to his new environment, there is so much to explore! He is doing really well thou.
It would definetly use Airpets again."
