Quarantine Kennels And Cattery
We offer 5* cattery facilities for cats entering the UK under the quarantine regulations. As our cattery is on-site just minutes from Heathrow cargo centre, we can collect your pet directly from the official Animal Reception Centre once they have cleared customs and have them settled in no time.
Quarantine For Cats
Dedicated cattery staff are on hand to receive each animal as they arrive, providing personal care and attention. All pets are inspected by a vet within 24 hours of arrival to ensure they are comfortable and healthy after their flight.
Our cattery staff have a wealth of experience in looking after quarantined cats, 10 years' experience in some cases, so you can be sure your pet will be well looked after until they are ready to join you at home.
Owners are allowed to spend time with their pets during visiting hours Monday to Saturday, so you can come and see for yourself how content they are. We offer a complementary bus service from Heathrow for visitors to the cattery.
Each pen enjoys:
- a spacious 3m by 2m and built to a high specification
- viewing platforms and scratching posts
- individual heating
- plastic beds lined with vet bed
- pens cleaned and catter litter changed daily
- daily veterinary attendance and qualified vet nurse on site
- major brands of wet & dry food including Felix, Whiskas, Iam etc. Special diets catered for on request.

Quarantine For Dogs
Our on site facilities are perfectly equipped to cater for dogs entering the UK under quarantine regulations. Your pets will be cared for by dedicated and experienced kennel staff. Feel free to come along to see your dog during visiting hours Monday to Saturday. Spending time with them, you’ll see how happy they are for yourself. We offer a complimentary bus servcie from Heathrow for vistors to the kennels.
